Flats for sale

This project concerns the renovation of an existing apartment building in the historic center of Athens. This six-storey building has been renovated to offer nine modern homes (apartments, studios, maisonettes) for sale.

Particular emphasis was placed on the choice of materials as a means of upgrading, as well as on the functionality of the space. The ground floor will be dedicated to a gym for the residents and a cafe also open to the public. The facade of the building was restored with absolute respect to the historical, pre-existing elements.
